Why the name
Pink Lotus?
In Thai tradition, the pink lotus is a sacred offering—presented to the goddess Lakshmi to invite blessings, abundance, and peace. We named our restaurant Pink Lotus to reflect that same spirit. Every dish we prepare is an offering of its own—rooted in tradition, made with intention, and shared with warmth. For us, hospitality isn’t just service—it’s a gesture of care, like the lotus itself.

The Beginning
Summer 2025
Opening June 27 2025 at Stockyards in West Midtown, Pink Lotus Thai Restaurant will spotlight the lesser-known side of Thai cuisine. Our menu focuses on regional specialties rarely seen in American Thai restaurants—dishes like Mieng Kum (a central Thai classic featuring Betel leaves filled with coconut, peanuts, lime, ginger, and sweet palm sugar sauce.), Kaeng Rawan (a southern Thai curry served with beef short rib, known for its rich coconut milk base, bold spices, and vibrant, balanced heat), and Pla Pao (a whole salt-crusted fish, slowly grilled over charcoal). Served in a shareable, tapas-style format, Pink Lotus brings a new kind of Thai dining experience to Atlanta—one rooted in tradition, yet refreshingly unexpected.
